Looking For Coaching?

You are highly likely to be at a crossroads in life. You need wise counsel to determine which direction to take.

Picture of crossroads – compass.

We live in a complex world full of conflict, trauma, joy and unhelpful narratives.

The world of work is rapidly going through a period of change and adjustment. Advances in Artificial Intelligence create untold fear and people are worried about the lack of job security.

You may have been made redundant. You may have worked for the same organization for many years. Now in a “no mans land”, it can feel scary. You leave behind colleagues and some may feel like friends. What now? Most will say a new job doing something similar. But it doesn’t have to be like this. An opportunity to change direction or even set up a business now exists. The job market is highly competitive. Most job hunting is now done online. AI makes the whole hiring process feel inhuman. You battle to get noticed. You battle to find that magic “key” that gives you access to the decision makers room. You are tired. You are disillusioned and begin to doubt yourself. Is it just me syndrome kicks in.

You may be receiving benefits, with all the pressures that can bring: sanctions, job centre appointments, and the feeling of being spoken to like a second-class citizen in an environment that no longer feels fit for purpose. It can leave you feeling trapped, dehumanized and worn down, while your self-esteem plummets. Updating your journal with countless job applications and rejections can take a real toll. There has to be a better way.

You may have won a significant amount of money on the Lottery and do not have to work. You may miss the good aspects of work. You seek fulfillment. You seek purpose.
