My name is Edmund O'Leary and I am the founder of a new life coaching consultancy called Green Green Grass.
 

Approaching my 59th Birthday, I am well qualified to support individuals through the trials and tribulations attached to life. I offer a person centred, holistic approach to supporting people. You are uniquely awesome and deserve a coaching service that makes you feel like a rockstar.
 

Recent years have not been kind to me. My Dad passed away in 2024, grieving is not an easy process. My grief has been compounded by mental health difficulties and heart disease. Yes heart disease which was diagnosed for the first time in March 2026. It came as quiet a shock to the system. Thankfully I had a stent fitted and now feel much better.
 

Life is very like riding a rollercoaster. Full of ups and downs, twists and turns. Opportunities come and go at the blink of an eye.
 

Green Green Grass specializes in a unique no bullshit approach to supporting people through life’s journey with all its twists and turns, ups and downs! My specialty is in supporting people in their search for employment or activity. Using my unique formulae I have created  a premium package called “Six conversations that will transform your life”. It takes times to develop a working relationship & these six conversations enables us to agree on a pathway to a much happier life. Off course this package is not suitable to everyone. You may have one specific need that can be resolved in a one hour session. So I also offer ad hoc one hour sessions to accommodate this need.
